Summary
The City of York is requesting bids for a payment service provider (PSP) for approximately 16,000 residential and commercial customers to make online payments to their refuse accounts. The PSP must handle various payment types, including credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks and digital wallets. The PSP will act as intermediaries between our customer portal and the City of York financial system OpenGov Tax and Revenue suite. The PSP can provide services within 30 days of awarded contract.
