Page 9 of the Section 1 packet states b) A Contractor's Performance and Payment Bond in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of Year 1 Total Price to be renewed annually at the next Upcoming Year Total Price, including the annual adjustment, if any). However, the performance bond form that has been provided is not annually renewable. Are we able to add annual renewable verbiage to the performance bond?

The bond must be issued/renewed each year at the new fee (if no increase, bond still needs to be submitted annually) as stated. The submittal of performance is not one time. It is annually, at the next contract year pricing.

What was the average cost per month in fines the City of York assessed to the current hauler in the past year?

Only 1 fine assessed during the current contract (5/1/21-4/30/25); mixed load 3/4/24, 1.71 tons x $79/ton = 135.09
