Both of these would be done in partnership with the county. The Implementation contractor will not provide for area-wide infrastructure improvements but would possibly assist the county in determining the necessity for such improvements.

On page 53, Cost Proposal 1.B: The RFP states: The Contractor’s implementation costs include all fees associated with public notice postings or publications, all fees associated with construction permitting or licensing, and all fees relating to program lien filings and UCC filings.
