Please confirm that the requirement intended by the County is that the Contractor utilize ISO Form CG 20 10 04 13 and CG 20 37 04 13 and the references to 2038 should be disregarded.

A. What will be the source of information to determine the probability/cost/timing of area-wide infrastructure improvements? B. Since homeowner applications come through the pipeline individually based on their priority status and eligibility determination, how will the Contractor be able to assess the costs for individual structures that will be unknown at the time the evaluation of cost effectiveness for the initial structure is being determined?

On page 53, Cost Proposal 1.B: The RFP states: The Contractor’s implementation costs include all fees associated with public notice postings or publications, all fees associated with construction permitting or licensing, and all fees relating to program lien filings and UCC filings. All these things do not seem to be a part of this RFP. Can the County please clarify?

Once the measure has been met and verified by DRR staff, a payment will be rendered according to the schedule. Can the County provide details on the performance and outcome measures that will be used?

Current performance measures may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Adherence to construction schedules; • Quality of work performed to date; • Quantity of homes completed; • Demonstrated safety performance; • Capacity (financial and construction) related to the number of jobs in progress; • Applicant/Owner satisfaction.
