The County expects the environmental consultant to conduct whatever level of QA/QC is necessary to ensure that a sufficient number of site samples are taken and that they tested in an accurate manner. This should be priced into the proposal.

Would the county be agreement to removing the highlighted section, as the language is very broad and would require contractors to ensure parties from other contracts that the County holds that are not part of this contract. Contractors should only be required to insure the client and their corporate body.
