This is a time extension for the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) originally released on January 31, 2023. Proposal due date has been extended to June 8, 2023 at 4pm (PDT).

SJCOG is soliciting qualifications from organizations interested in participating on a Social Equity Advisory Committee.

Organizations interested in providing the services described in the enclosed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must submit a Statement of Qualifications to the Council's e-Procurement portal.

Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this bid via the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) e-Procurement Portal, located at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/sjcog. Please note the deadline for submitting inquiries. All answers to inquiries will be posted on the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) e-Procurement Portal.
