1.1. Summary
The Housing Authority of the City and County of Sacramento, on behalf of Sacramento Housing Asset Repositioning Program (SHARP), is seeking an Appraisal and Market Studies provider to prepare appraisals and market studies in conformance with and subject to the requirements of the Code of Professional Ethics and the Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute, which fully incorporate the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation for properties impacted by the utilization of the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program. The scope of work will encompass Appraisal and Market Study services specific to any PHA property undergoing Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program conversion.
