The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Agency) is soliciting proposals through a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for public facility improvement activities to be funded under the 2023 City of Sacramento Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Eligible applicants are non-profit organizations and public entities from small jurisdictions (excluding incorporated cities). Activities funded under the NOFA can be located in the City of Sacramento. They must also serve a CDBG eligible low-income population, and comply with eligibility requirements for the CDBG program.
