The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and its constituent entities (SHRA) is soliciting for qualified, CSLB C-27 licensed landscape contractors to provide vacant lot and property landscape maintenance services at various locations throughout the City and County of Sacramento.

It is the intention of SHRA to use the selected firm as the primary source of landscape maintenance of miscellaneous vacant lots and "streetscape" areas, as  identified in the attached Fee Schedule. The intention is to also maintain each property in a safe, clean and visually acceptable manner within the community. The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, licenses and permits necessary to complete weed abatement, clean up, and landscape services on SHRA owned property within the City and County of Sacramento.
