The RFP for Program Management Services, section 1.0 “Purpose” states that “…Program management and services will include but are not limited to the following: ongoing support for all Programs, provision and management of damage assessment inspectors for the housing rehabilitation and reconstruction programs, Program oversight and monitoring, conducting environmental reviews, verification of Davis Bacon, and Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Section 3 compliance.” Will the vendor awarded for this solicitation be responsible for providing program management and support for all programs listed in the County’s Action Plan?
