The City is seeking skilled and experienced resources to accomplish the section 6 Preliminary Scope of Work. The proposer does not need to provide a project manager resource. However, if the proposer includes a large number of resources, the proposer will need to account for the management of proposed resources.

The City of Santa Cruz does not plan to use Crystal Reports for the Tyler EPL project. Crystal reports is on a sunset timeline for the Tyler EPL product.

Tyler is providing their implementation support part; the challenge is for the delivery of ~330 processes with a 30/70 work allocation split. The City is seeking proposers to address the elements not covered by Tyler and the current project team to successfully and effectively deliver the solution quickly.
