Does my ready-to-drink spiced Chai beverage that is pre-packaged and bottled qualify for this RFP and as a prepackaged food vendor for this farmer's market?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. The product will qualify, as long as it is produced in a commercial kitchen facility that has a public health operating permit.

Does my Los Angeles Business Registration qualify me as a vendor? Or do I need an additional business license for the city of Santa Monica?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. A Santa Monica Business license is not required during the application process, however, all selected vendors will be required to obtain a Santa Monica business license once selections are finalized.
