NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Santa Monica invites Consultantsto complete and submit electronic proposals for the:

Proposals will only be accepted through the CITY’S ONLINE VENDOR PORTAL, ProcureNow, or https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/santa-monica-ca. They must be received by the specified date and time. Late proposals will not be accepted. Please allow sufficient time for uploading of documents. The proposal opening will be electronic, all submitted proposals will be viewable by the public via ProcureNow immediately after bid close time.

Proposal Documents may be obtained by logging onto the City’s e-Procurement Portal, https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/santa-monica-ca. Contractors wishing to be considered must submit Proposals containing all information required pursuant to the City’s Request for Proposals.
