Overview
Summary
The City of Santa Monica (City) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from a number of qualified real estate brokers with commercial real estate knowledge and experience to provide leasing services for City-owned properties. Property types include retail, restaurant, vending carts and kiosks, office, and/or creative space. Through this RFQ, the City will establish a list of pre-qualified brokers (Broker List) based on broker specialization from which the City may contract to provide leasing services based on property type and broker experience/qualification. The Broker List may be refreshed as needed to be determined by the City. This RFQual is not an exclusive leasing contract for all City-owned properties. Brokers are invited to submit qualifications for one or more property specialization(s).
