It is acceptable to apply for more than one RFP. However, if you are the top ranking proposal on more than one, it is the evaluation committee that will decide which RFP to award.

Please refer to Section 5.2 Service Specifications: "Proposals must address increasing child care capacity by incentivizing the growth in the number of available licensed or informal (family, friend, and neighbor) child care providers in Sacramento County."

Please refer to Section 5.2 Service Specifications: "Proposals must address increasing child care capacity by incentivizing the growth in the number of available licensed or informal (family, friend, and neighbor) child care providers in Sacramento County." Please also refer to Section 9.Q Sacramento County Standard Terms and Conditions: "COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LAWS, LICENSES AND PERMITS: In the performance of their duties, Vendor/contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and county statutes, ordinances, regulations, directives, and laws and this contract shall be deemed to be executed within the State of California and construed with and governed by the laws of the State of California. Vendor/contractor shall possess and maintain all necessary licenses, permits, certificates and credentials required by the laws of the United States, the State of California, County of Sacramento and all other appropriate governmental agencies, including any certification and credentials required by County. Failure to comply with all laws, licenses and permits shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and constitutes grounds for the termination of this Contract." Please indicate in your proposal whether you are currently licensed, in process of obtaining a license, or if you will seek licensure if awarded grant funds.
