Evaluation Phases Section 6. Phase 2: 
1. Work Plan (Exhibit A):  
Evaluation Category removed:  "Describes all project-funded staff positions, their knowledge, training, experience, and specific role(s) in the project (4 points)".  This category was removed from the Work Plan section because the description of project-funded staff should be included in the Budget Narrative per the instructions in the attachment “A - 2023 CTF Proposal Template Exh A_B_C”. Removing this category caused the possible points in Phase 2/Work Plan and the overall scoring points possible to be reduced by 4 points. 

As a result, the percentages per evaluation category changed as follows: 

1. Work Plan (Exhibit A):  Weight (Points): 24  (50% of Total)
2. Budget (Exhibit B):  Weight (Points): 4  (8.33% of Total)
3. Budget Narrative (Exhibit C):  Weight (Points): 4  (8.33% of Total)
4. Demonstration of Financial Qualifications and Capacity:  Weight (Points): 4  (8.33% of Total)
5. Approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:  Weight (Points): 12  (25% of Total)

Attachments Section 11. 
A - 2023 CTF Proposal Template Exh A_B_C Updated: Work Plan Components changed from "(limit to 6 pages)" to "(limit to 8 pages)".  Attachment updated to match Project Details Section 5.6. Proposal Content Requirements, which states to limit the Work Plan to 8 pages total.
