1. I know it was mentioned in the presentation about the previous vendor ending in March 2020. With the previous vendor, did the vendor end due to the lease ending and the vendor ended with the contract? Percentage Rent is calculated on gross revenue. If gross revenue is zero dollars, percentage rent will be equal to zero dollars due. However, all other operating costs will be payable (i.e. employee parking, badging, utilities, support space rent if applicable.)

8. Page 11 of the RFP, "Airport averaged 153 departing flights per day, enabling 6.5 million passengers to reach their destination in 2023 from Terminals A and B. Total 2023 enplanements equated to 93% of 2019 enplanements. I noticed there is information regarding the combined terminal A & B. 13. There is a section Financial Capability, and it is asking for Financial Investment, Financial statements, Balance sheet and income statements, ownership, references. If we held positions such as Store manager and Area Manager of restaurants, are we still required to provide Financial Statements? We do not have legal access to the financial statements as we had worked in the past as Store manager and Area Manager. What does it mean by Financial Capability? Proposers should include all requested information that they have access to and all list all relevant experience as requested in the Section 6: Leasing Opportunity, Evaluation Criteria sections. Refer to Section 6: Leasing Opportunity, Financial Capability page 41 of 57 where the document states "The Department seeks proposers with a demonstrated history of financial responsibility and a commitment to investing in a facility that meets or exceeds the Department’s requirements. The proposer must show its capability to improve, operate, and maintain the facility successfully."

14. Are there any examples of what retail items entails? How do we distinguish the difference between goods and retail items? For example, are food part of retail items? The following are examples, though not a complete list, of retail items: branded hats, shirts, cards, flowers. Prepared food and beverages are not retail items. The lists below summarize the top selections for each category in alphabetical order. Note that these surveys specifically asked people who: have travelled recently, at that time in-terminal passengers, and employees, for post-security food and beverage offerings. Operators that have obtained the appropriate license(s) from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will be allowed to sell to-go beverages. Note that pre-security Terminal B at SMF does not have a designated area for alcoholic beverage consumption.
