Section 4.1.1-4.1.3 refer to chargers for public use. Often there are different charging solutions that are tailored for fleet only versus those that are for mixed or public use. However, there is only one row on the Pricing Sheet to list the price so we must assume one type or the other. Does the City prefer a fleet only solution to be priced or a more expensive offer that can support fleet and public? Alternatively, we could list the fleet unit pricing in row 3 of the pricing sheet and place the alternative mixed use/public charging unit in the unscored/optional section.

1.0.18 lists a current requirement of 80 A but a minimum of 12kW power output which would only require ~50 A (@240V). Perhaps this was intended to represent 80 A to a dual port charger to enable 12kW per port? Regardless it can be confusing if the City is looking for both single and dual port solution. If the City intends a minimum specification of 12kW, can you please revise to read as ""EVSE shall meet the following specifications: 50 A, 208-240V ac, 60 Hz, single-phase (two-pole) services per charger, minimum output of 12 kw per port."?

These were the questions we are needing more guidance on: • Is NovaCharge providing turnkey install quote? • Will the stations be installed in the same area or multiple locations on the property • Is the intention to install new EV panel from existing main or utility transformer? • If utility transformer, has this been located or will it be new from the utility provider? • 120/208V onsite or 480V? • Is there a plan for future growth when sizing the service? • Is full power required or can the stations be power shared or installed with VCT to keep infrastructure costs down? • Is there a preliminary design to work from or are they looking for design guidance as well? • I see a note for DCFC.. how many, what size? • What is the fleet? What is the use case? What are the charging times and range needed? • Pedestal or wall mount?

We understand that installation, minimum three (3) year warranty (parts and service), software with fault monitoring and networking, accessories, and ongoing maintenance should be provided for L2 chargers. Our question is whether the line item for each charger on the pricing sheet should include equipment + 3-year warranty.
