Hauling is typically priced on a Per Haul unit of measure rather than per ton. Can the pricing sheet be changed to reflect the Unit of Measure as "Price Per Haul" or can the submitters change excel spreadsheet to show Unit of measure as "Price Per Haul"?

Yes, an extra table will be added to the Pricing Proposal for "Per Haul", please watch for the revision in Addendum No. 2.
