    Section 4.3 of the RFP states, "Unit prices submitted of listed items will be held firm for the duration of the Agreement. The duration of the Agreement will be for a period of 5 years from the date of Agreement award and any extension thereof.” We recognize the potential for a two-year extension if agreed upon between the County and the successful respondent. Is Pinellas County willing to accept escalation rates with responses? If so, where should these rates be provided? If not, is Pinellas County willing to reevaluate compensation rates with the successful respondent at any point in the contract period?
