The City of Pasadena (City) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms (Consultant) to administer, launch, analyze, and report the results of an Employee Engagement Survey. The survey must be designed to elicit responses that provide measurable, actionable improvement opportunities. The RFP is also for pre and post-survey support, recommendations and tools to help the organization successfully take action based on the results of the survey.
