The RFP/RFQ requests are not specific to quantity/amount of work For Example: OP-ED Letters to the Editor, PR Interviews on TV/Radio, How often newsletters should be sent? Are you looking to send multiple messages on social media per day or once a week? How comprehensive the focus groups/ surveys should be? So that we can maximize the number of assigned points in the cost section of the evaluation this would encourage an agency bidding to do the minimum amount of work. Are you looking for the agency, based on its experience in the sector and assessment of the district, to recommend the minimum solution that will meet its objectives and with that make a recommendation on how comprehensive the solution should be? - Aug 14 2024 at 5:20 PMCity of Pasadena
