Per the contract available in the attachment section of this RFP, "The Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years, commencing on June 1, 2023, and shall continue until May 31, 2028. After the initial five (5) year period, at the sole option of the County, this Agreement may be renewed for no more than five additional one (1) year periods. Such one (1) year renewals will be automatic unless the County provides written notice of non-renewal to the Contractor no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the then current term."

At 535 Appleyard Dr. We have a data center at the south end of the Detention Facility. We have underground conduit from the corner of Appleyard and Don Price way leading into the data center for fiber installation if needed. At 301 S. Monroe St, our demarc is located on the P3 level (Calhoun street). There are various pathways into the courthouse from Calhoun and E Pensacola streets that can be explored.
