Under item 12 "Submittals" it states: "Proposal submittals to this RFP should not exceed 70 single-sided pages (excluding resumes) and be in ≥12 point font size. There will be additional budget for new photography/video production costs. Additionally, Visit Tallahassee will be responsible for all associated printing and related production costs for the development of creative assets.

Yes, that would be included in the budget. Please note that the agency of record would have access to all of Visit Tallahassee's research and research platforms.

In-market means the agency needs to be in Tallahassee after the contract execution for a discovery meeting to explore the destination and meet the team. Additionally, if located out of the Tallahassee-Leon County area, the agency should regularly be in market for the length of the contract.
