    This RFP specifies that the PMIS will be the Oracle Project module, A similar RFP that was cancelled by JTA was soliciting PMIS solutions. How did JTA come to the conclusion that Oracle Project module would be the PMIS? Was there another competitive bid, or was a sole-source justification performed that resulted in Oracle Project module being identified as the PMIS? Can JTA provide documentation of the process it used for selecting Oracle Project module? Typically this is public information. Many PMIS solutions on the market have the ability to interface with JTA's Oracle ESB and it seems JTA would want to evaluate those PMIS solution. Would JTA consider revising this RFP to allow other PMIS solutions to compete? Or, would JTA consider cancelling this RFP and issuing a new RFP that allows competition from PMIS vendors?
