No night will be allowed in residential areas between the hours of 8 pm and 6am. Work restrictions may be implemented, at the discretion of the Henry County, if conditions arise that cause significant congestion and extensively restricts work and school traffic. Contingent upon the individual roads' traffic volumes, proximity to schools, and at the discretion of Henry County, work restrictions can be be implemented as follows: No work shall impede traffic between the hours of 6 am and 9 am No work shall impede traffic between the hours of 3 pm to 6 pm.

There is no GDOT specification or detail for the speed tables. They are only placed at the direction of Henry County and when warranted by special circumstances. They can be formed manually by various methods and constructed with the intent of slowing traffic.

It appears that the version of section 301 and 315 in the bid documents wants the contractor to apply a single 89 surface treatment layer or OGI as the curing method on roads that are greater than or equal to 400 ADT. Doing this instead of just using prime coat and sand will dramatically increase costs for this project and extend the completion for the project. Wet curing will be allowed for subdivision roads. The quantity will remain the same in the event that we need to utilize the maximum spread application for the other roads.
