No night will be allowed in residential areas between the hours of 8 pm and 6am. Work restrictions may be implemented, at the discretion of the Henry County, if conditions arise that cause significant congestion and extensively restricts work and school traffic. Contingent upon the individual roads' traffic volumes, proximity to schools, and at the discretion of Henry County, work restrictions can be be implemented as follows: No work shall impede traffic between the hours of 6 am and 9 am No work shall impede traffic between the hours of 3 pm to 6 pm.

FDR will be designated only for travel lanes. Typically, turn lanes can be milled and overlayed with the exception of turn lanes that have extremely poor existing conditions. For turn lanes that are in poor condition, Henry County will have the discretion to use FDR.

The correct name of the road referenced here is Leguin Mill Road. The road changes names from New Hope to Leguin Mill just north of Tussahaw Creek.

The section referenced as New Hope Road in the contract is actually Leguin Mill Road. The road name changes from New Hope Road to Leguin Mill Road just north of Tussahaw Creek. The section of Old Jackson that will require patching is located approximately 800 feet north of Coan Drive, over Tussahaw Creek.

It appears that the version of section 315 in the bid documents wants the contractor to apply a single 89 surface treatment layer or OGI as the curing method on roads that are greater than or equal to 400 ADT. Doing this instead of just using prime coat and sand will dramatically increase costs for this project and extend the completion for the project. This will be determined by a mix design established by a consultant contracted by Henry County. Typically, subdivision roads require approximately 35 lbs per square yard and most mainline roads require approximately 55 lbs per square yard.
