Henry County is issuing this solicitation for (RFQ) Design Services for the Widening of Hampton-Locust Grove Road. Submissions shall be received before 3:00 pm on Monday, April 7, 2025, via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The Henry County Board of Commissioners is requesting non-cost technical proposals from qualified consultants to design the widening of Hampton-Locust Grove Road from a rural two-lane to a multilane, divided, urban road. This project is funded by Henry County SPLOST. The Consultant shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.  Submittals will only be considered by those firms and subcontractors currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation.
