The County of Greenville is seeking proposals from vendors to manage the day-to-day operations for equine services, programs and activities at Greenville County's Riverbend Equestrian Park, located at 175 Riverbend Road, Greenville, SC 29617.  The County desires to enter into a one (1) year contract, with the possibility of up to four (4) annual renewals.

Riverbend Equestrian Park, located at 175 Riverbend Road, Greenville, SC 29617, spans across approximately 66 acres in the foothills of the of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and is a 20-minute drive from downtown Greenville, South Carolina and 5 minutes from the City of Travelers Rest. Over the past 34 years, Riverbend Equestrian Park has offered many different equine and non-equine related services to the community, which includes lessons, trail rides, birthday parties, nature trails, shelter rentals, shows and clinics. The park's features include a 20m x 60m dressage arena, (1) 300ft x 150ft lighted arena, (1) 200ft x 150ft lighted arena, temporary stabling for 75 horses, a gazebo with sound system, a picnic shelter, a main barn with 15 stalls, hot water, 4 tack rooms, bathrooms, nature trails, paddocks, pastures and jumps.
