BCRTA requires a testing agency to be on-call to perform all required inspections and tests at the Chestnut Street Multimodal Station construction site, as needed. We require the inspection agency to be fully licensed and be able to handle every kind of required inspection or test, including representation in every applicable discipline.

The Agreement that will be executed pursuant to this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) agreement and that any work to be performed thereunder will be assigned as needed during the construction process. As such, the total number, frequency and timeline for completion of each inspection and/or test cannot be determined at the time of bid.
