There will be a Mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit at1:00 pm(Eastern Time) on Thursday, October 13, 2022. The meeting will take place at 804 S. Laurel St., Springfield, GA. 31329, with site visits to each building location to follow.

Proposals will not be accepted from any firm that did not attend the pre-proposal meeting and site visit for23-REQ-006 Request for Proposal for 2022 Facility Renovation Package #1.

Any questions must be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal. Questions are due Wednesday, October 19, 2022

The response to all questions will be in the form of an addendum and will be posted on the Effingham County eProcurement Portal 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) on Monday, October 24, 2022

The only official answer or position of Effingham County will be the one stated in writing.
