The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive bids for North & South ARFF AFFF Foam System Demolition. A pre-bid meeting will be held at ARFF South Station, 2100 Tower Drive, Hebron, KY 41048 on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 10:00 am. The deadline for questions is 11:59 pm on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, and answers will be posted no later than 11:59 pm on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Bids must be received by Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 2:00 pm. No bids will be accepted after that time unless such date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum issued by KCAB.

The Project includes the demolition of the existing AFFF system from inside both the North ARFF Station and the South ARFF Station. All components related to storage and distribution of AFFF foam will be safely removed following all OSHA, environmental, and hazardous waste collection and disposal.
