Summary
The City of Cleveland (“City”), owner and operator of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (“CLE”), Burke Lakefront Airport (“BKL”) (collectively “Airports”) and the North Coast Harbor (“Harbor”), through its Director of the Department of Port Control (“Director”), invites written Proposals from firms that have requisite, demonstrable competence and experience in providing Comprehensive Insurance Brokerage Services(the “Project”) as required by the various divisions of the Department of Port Control (“Department”) and described more fully in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
Qualified firms either singly or in joint venture or other legal arrangements (collectively, the “Contractor” or “Consultant”) must have the requisite, demonstrated competence and experience in, and a thorough knowledge of, the services required for the Project.
Background
The City, owner and operator of the Airports, through its Director, is inviting Proposals from qualified firms interested in procuring, on behalf of the Airports, comprehensive general liability insurance (“Liability Insurance”), comprehensive property insurance (“Property Insurance”), comprehensive cyber insurance (“Cyber Insurance”) and comprehensive auto insurance (“Auto Insurance”) and to advise the Director on any risk management issues related to the provisions of such insurance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP documents.
