1. CAD files are available upon request and acceptance of an Electronic Media Release. Email [email protected] to request CAD files. 

2. The material substitution deadline is the same as the question submission deadline – October 28, 2024, 4:00 PM.

3. All questions need to be submitted through the web portal.

4. Addendum changes on the plan sheets are clouded for clarity.

1. Section 07 41 13 Metal Roof Panels 2.01(A) – TBC – Masterseam 1-1/2” mechanically seamed panel is an approved substitute.

CLARIFICATIONS

The Substitution Request process is intended for products and not qualifications. Contractors, subcontractors, installers, etc. with a qualifications requirement shall meet the stated criteria in the bid documents. Per the Supplemental Criteria listed in Section 1-02.14 of the Special Provisions, the apparent low bidder will be required to submit the required qualifications information for verification prior to award.

 ToC Replace Table of Contents with the enclosed revised page. Section 07 19 00 is not included in the documents and was therefore removed from the Table of Contents. There are no other changes to this document.

C000 Replace Cover Sheet with the enclosed revised sheet. Sheet L000 was incorrectly labeled in the sheet index and has been revised. There are no other changes to this plan sheet.

C702 Replace Road Details Sheet with the enclosed revised sheet. Detail 1 indicated an H.M.A. class of 5/8”, and this has been revised to 1/2”. There are no other changes to this plan sheet.

A201 Replace Toilet Room Building Sheet with the enclosed revised sheet. The Knox Box and the chemical warning diamond placard were not indicated on the building, and this has been revised. There are no other changes to this plan sheet.

32 17 23       Add the following paragraph under section 2.02(B)(1)(a):

                     “2) Thermoplastic markings applied to concrete shall follow manufacturer’s installation instructions, including, but not limited to, wait time after concrete placement and curing, proper surface condition, and application of                               product specific sealant or primer (under area of thermoplastic marking).”

                      A replacement specification section 32 17 23 PAVEMENT MARKINGS is included with this Addendum.

C702              In Detail 5, Impermeable Paver Section, Revise the paver callout to read:

                      “BELGARD ‘HOLLAND STONE’ 4” x 8” x 80MM DARK CHARCOAL PAVER (OR APPROVED EQUAL) PLACED IN 90° HERRINGBONE PATTERN. SEE SHEET C100 FOR LAYOUT.”
