The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (the “City”) is requesting proposals for Development of Aviation Properties at New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport ("EVB") at the City of New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport. Developers interested in a long term land lease opportunity are encouraged to submit a proposal.

Lease terms and property use is subject to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Aviation Division guidelines and regulatory requirements.
