Draft contract Article V, Liquidated Damages, as well as section IV.D, Information for Bidders, Commencement of Work, state that liquidated damages will be $250/working day. However, section 80-08 of the specifications states that liquidated damages will be $1,500/working day. Please clarify which one is correct.

What are the chances that the engineer has a sign schedule in table format instead of what has been supplied in the plans? Something as simple as assigning sign numbers (even if they are arbitrary) and giving us an idea of what the engineer envisions as the number of modules in the individual sign goes a long way to ensuring accuracy on our part.
