The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for IFB# IFB 25-14 for SMITH AQUATIC CENTER - EMERGENCY GENERATOR.
Project Description:
Removal of existing emergency panel, transfer switch, and associated wiring. Installation of new generator, new transfer switch, new emergency panel, new gas piping, and new associated wiring. Modifying and re-routing existing electrical circuits in conjunction with new emergency panel. Removal and modifications to fencing surrounding cooling tower in conjunction with new fencing surrounding generator. Provide generator with BACnet capability of communicating with the building automation system (BAS).
