BCRTA has updated the timeline to extend the bid due date two weeks, and to adjust other due dates as well. BCRTA has also added a 2nd pre-bid meeting to the timeline. Please use the See What Changed link to view the details of all the changes made by this addendum. Thanks!

We have received several general inquiries asking for access to the design drawings. Please note that all terms and conditions (federal and university), construction terms and conditions, and design drawings can be found in the Attachments section of this website (go here:https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/butlercountyrta/projects/38218?section=313575 ). They are all in PDF form and can be downloaded from the website for review by any interested party.
Please also note that all questions should be entered in the Question and Answer section of this site, as well. Thanks all!

Please be advised that attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting held on March 14th, 2023 was NOT mandatory, contrary to the language in the newspaper advertisement. Attendance at all pre-bid meetings, including the second scheduled for March 28th, 2023, is voluntary and these meetings are designed to be informational.

Per the attached survey and inventory, the Maintenance Garage Building, 101 W. Chestnut Street, is able to be demolished as part of this project. Westech report dated April 3rd, 2023 determines no asbestos was found in the building Maintenance Garage Building. This information will also be included in forthcoming addenda.
