Question: Can you please provide an estimate for the square footage of high traffic carpet and hard surface flooring?

Answer: Square footage of hard surface flooring was contained as Exibit A under section 9. Attachments. High traffic carpeted areas - almost exclusively hallways:

  • 1st floor- 310 sqft
  • 2nd floor- 1,050 sqft
  • 3rd floor- 1,250 sqft
  • 4th floor- 770 sqft

Question: Can we price the quarterly and semi-annual services separately?

Answer: Yes- indicate the frequency on the proposal.

Question: Are three or five references required?

Answer: Three is sufficient
