On page 7, Section B, Paragraph (2) of the RFQ it states: "List all Arizona projects, whether completed, ongoing, or selected but not yet under contract, where the Design-Build team provided services in a design/build project, construction manager at risk, or general construction services in the last three years." Since we are proposing as an Architect and General Contractor Team would we list all the projects the team has done together or the individual projects for the General Contractor / Architect independently?

Pre-submittal meeting agenda states a 3-story tower, while SOQ states 3-story and a 5-story tower construction. Please clarify

The Pre-submittal agenda and SOQ states that the existing structure is a 3-story tower. Avondale is seeking a new 5 story tower construction.

Under Section E: Project Schedule, Durations for City Review and Approval to be included in the schedule as follows: Page 10 - Item (4) 60% Design Approval states 36 weeks, is this a typo, should it be 6 weeks?

This is a typo. It should be 6 weeks. An addendum will be released on 08/08/24 to correct this.
