The City of Avondale (the “City”) is issuing this Request For Qualifications (this “RFQ”) seeking statements of qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Design-Build Firms”) interested in providing professional design-build services for the Avondale Fire Training Tower project (the “Services”) .

The City of Avondale is seeking Design-Build Services for a Fire Training Tower at the Fire Training site (425 E Lower Buckeye Road). The existing approximate 6-acre site is currently improved with an asphalt and concrete apron, 3 story fire training tower, fire hydrants, portable fire props, drainage for training and storm water, a modular training building and lay down and storage containers. The existing fire tower has been condemned by City of Avondale Building and has significantly impacted the City fire’s training schedule.
